At Liora.love jewelry we are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. That's why we offer a 1-Year Warranty(Only jewelry products), designed with you in mind! Whether you receive a product with a manufacturing flaw, encounter an issue while wearing it, or simply want a size adjustment, we're here for you!

Manufacturing Defects
Our 1-Year Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your jewelry at no cost to you. If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, please email us at liorajewel99@gmail.com with the following information to initiate a claim:

  • Clear photos of the jewelry item from various angles.

  • Your name, order number, or the email address used to place the order.

    And contact our customer service to obtain the return address.

  • Once we receive this information and our team has inspected the item's condition, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Repairs & Maintenance
We understand your jewelry is important to you, and like all fine pieces, it can be affected by factors unrelated to manufacturing. Rings naturally wear down as our hands work throughout the day. Don't worry! Our 1-Year Warranty includes repair and resizing services for non-manufacturing issues for a modest service fee.

  • Details of the type of service requested.

  • Clear photos showing all aspects of the relevant item.

  • Your name, order number, or the email address used to place the order.
    Once we receive this information, our team will provide further instructions.

Important Details
Please note that not all claims will be considered manufacturing defects. The following are examples of common jewelry issues not considered manufacturing defects (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Discoloration or fading due to exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., in swimming pools, hot tubs, baths, or everyday products).

  • Items that are bent, caught, or worn down due to normal wear and tear or other accidental damage.

  • Stones falling out due to wear causing chipping, prong bending, or setting deformation.

  • Please note: Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items and other products that are not jewelry.

Crucial Reminder
Any maintenance, repair, resizing, or other service (such as soldering) performed on an item by anyone other than Liora.love jewelry will void the warranty on that item.
