“In-Stock Items”

1、Ordered in-stock items will be shipped within 1-4 business days.

“Made-to-Order Items”

1、Made-to-order items are only created once an order is placed.

2、Please allow 7-15 business days, for your product to be created and processed before shipping.

When ordering multiple items, if one of the items is made-to-order and the other item(s) are in stock, the order will ship complete when the made-to-order piece is ready to ship. 

 

Q: “Will all items in my order ship together? ”

Yes. Orders containing multiple items will be consolidated before shipping and will ship when the last item is ready to ship.

 

Q: “Are there any shipping restrictions? ”

1、We do not ship to hotels or Post Office boxes.

2、Due to payment authorization restrictions, shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed and payment is approved.
